This strenth building and flexibility flow class is inspired by Aerial Yoga and pilateswith a fusion of aerial hammock. This class offers a full body workout that focuses on increasing flexibility and strength. Aerial Fit Flex give students the opportunity to experience anti-gravity and suspension through flow exercises and inversions. This is a fun new way to get in the best shape of your life. This class is for beginners as well as experienced students. We modify the movements to fit your ability. This class is also great prerequisite to other aerial classes and can be supplemental for current aerial trainees. $65 per month or 4 card punch.
